This workshop will bring together practical skills used in clinical practice from the disciplines of neuropsychotherapy and positive psychology to assist with the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression.  The workshop will incorporate psychoeducation of the brain and how it is affected by anxiety and depression. It will also cover neuroplasticity and how it is best facilitated to enhance wellbeing and optimum functioning.

About the Presenter

Peter Kyriakoulis is a Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing psychology since 2003. Peter obtained a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours from the University of Athens in 2000, followed by a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the Australian Catholic University. Peter is currently undertaking Doctoral research (PhD) on Panic Disorder.

Peter is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and also a member of the Clinical College of the APS. Peter is a board-approved supervisor, and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Peter is also a committee member of the International Neuropsychology Association.
