Outline of Treatment approach
Rebekah is an accredited mental health social worker, with additional qualifications in Psychotherapy and Relationship Counselling, who works with both individuals and couples. She seeks to support her clients to achieve emotional flexibility and health, and overcome difficult life stages. Rebekah works with adults who have experienced issues associated with mental health, addictive behaviours, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and has a special interest in women’s mental health and perinatal issues. She uses a range of therapeutic frameworks to meet her clients’ needs including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, interpersonal therapies, psychotherapy and mindfulness. Using a collaborative and strength based approach, Rebekah believes that change and healing is possible.
