"My aim as a counsellor is to provide a relaxed, supportive environment in which clients can safely address personal difficulties. I provide a collaborative, personalised and results-orientated service.

Through collaboration you will feel empowered to make lasting changes that 'come from within'.

A personalised approach ensures that strategies used are suited to your personality and needs.

Lastly, a results-oriented process integrating the best of traditional and current counselling methods ensures that your personal goals are achieved within a reasonable time limit."
