Outline of Treatment approach
I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience. I have worked in public mental health services, public health and private practice.
I have treated many people for anxiety and depression with success. I have particular expertise in the assessment and treatment of sleep disorders and in helping individuals with adjustment and coping to physical illness.
I start with a comprehensive assessment so that I can tailor the treatment to most effectively meet the client’s needs. I like to work collaboratively with clients encouraging them to be actively involved in treatment.
