Outline of Treatment approach

Dr Lloyd works with adults whose concerns may include workplace and relationship stress, decision making and mental health difficulties; and has a special interest in the treatment of individuals with anxiety disorders (including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder) as well as depression and trauma. She is trained in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy and has broad experience in the treatment of a range of psychological concerns. She is committed to working collaboratively in providing scientifically validated treatments which give symptomatic relief as well as enhancing the individual's long-term well-being through addressing the cause of symptoms and developing an understanding of themselves and the nature of their strengths and difficulties. Dr Lloyd is LGBTIQ friendly.
