Outline of Treatment approach
Usually only two sessions are necessary, the first session consists of suggestion and metaphor therapy, the second session will be Ego State Therapy whilst in hypnosis, effectively finding and resolving the cause of your problems by the technique of talking to the causative ego states of your particular problem, then negotiating a resolution. I have found with traumatic memories, they are usually represented by the mind as a symbol, rather than having to re experience any trauma, it is very fast, non threatening and permanent.
