Outline of Treatment approach
I use an eclectic approach according to the client's needs. The goal of the therapy is for the clients to gain an awareness and insight into their unhelpful adaptive behaviours that they created to survive (e.g. the over-responsible person, the rescuer, the inner critic, the fearful, the worrier, the people pleaser). For the clients, the therapy is a process that involves an inner exploration and discovery of who we really are while applying practical strategies. It is expected that in this experiental learning process the clients will gain acceptance, trust, emotional connectedness and freedom.
