Outline of Treatment approach

I am a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years experience working with young people and adults. I have specialised in treating anxiety disorders, including facilitating group treatment programs for people with panic disorder and agoraphobia in a private psychiatric hospital and for community health services. I am currently expanding my specialty with other phobias, and have treated emetophobia. My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioural but includes principles of ACT and other therapies as appropriate.
