Outline of Treatment approach
Alla completed her undergraduate training in Psychology at the University of Melbourne, and her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Monash University. Alla has experience with a wide range of psychological problems in both public and private settings. Currently she runs groups and provides individual therapy at the Melbourne Clinic (private psychiatric hospital) as well as works privately.

Alla is committed to delivering best quality care which is evidence-based and tailored to each person’s specific needs. Alla is warm, open-minded and non-judgemental person, sincerely interested in her clients and working with them on their growth. She is transparent and honest with her clients and values good working relationships. Alla also has a Linguistics Degree and worked as a journalist and lecturer before becoming a clinical psychologist.

Alla tailors therapy to your specific needs and goals. She is trained in a wide range of therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
