Aromatherapy

Many people have commented to us that alternate therapies are of great interest to them, giving options rather than psychologists and medication. So I am providing some information on aromatherapy, including some herbs which although can be used in oils and incense, can also be used in cooking to the same effect. Although I am not saying that the information which follows are definite solutions, many people have found them useful. In some cases if you have the aromas of the oils or incense permeating around you during meditation or when having a bath, they can aid in the effectiveness of the internal environment you are trying to create.
