Outline of Treatment approach
Modern therapeutic techniques provide a personal, results-oriented service given in an honest, down-to-earth and supportive manner.

EMDR and CBT have the best evidence based research to support the use with trauma and other anxiety problems.

My rooms provide a safe environment for adults, adolescents and children to deal with important issues and to achieve a greater sense of control, confidence and enjoyment of life.
