Outline of Treatment approach

I have been working for 10 years with people who have trouble with anxiety. In this time I have also worked for PADA (Panic and Anxiety Disorders Association), now called Reconnexion, a specialist agency for helping people with anxiety problems. I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) model in my work, but also draw ideas from ACT therapy, and believe that I have been effective in helping people overcome difficulties with anxiety.

I believe that with the right techniques many people with problems with anxiety can learn to manage their difficulties and be able to live a full and happy life.
